Hi, I'm Raven!

I’m Southern-raised, a dog-lover, a self-proclaimed tea connoisseur, and an art enthusiast. My fiancé, Reggie, and I live in the Triple El neighborhood with our dog, Luna.

From the robotics team in high school and studying electrical engineering at Mercer University to my career in Silicon Valley, I’ve always been a nerd.

My dad is my hero. He taught me hard work and compassion. He inspired my sense of service when he went to New Orleans to help with relief efforts after Hurricane Katrina. A decade later, I followed his example by helping flood victims in Texas after Hurricane Harvey.

Why I’m Stepping Up

I am running for City Council to create infrastructure for our future, advocate for housing as a human right, and reimagine community safety. I’ve seen Palo Altans struggle to be heard. We need to make sure City Hall listens to and serves our whole community.

We chose Palo Alto and plan to be here for the next fifty years. Palo Alto has low crime rates, but not everyone feels safe. Palo Alto has great resources, but our creeks, streets, and internet speeds all need work. We have beautiful homes, but housing insecurity hurts our middle class families.

Let’s reimagine community safety, create infrastructure for our future, and advocate for housing as a human right. Are you with me?
